I spent here 3 good days and will come back. The hotel was perfect, location was fantastic on the beautiful Promenade in Llandudno, delicious breakfast. Really enjoyed the double room I was given, it had a bay window, coffee, and a kettle. The venue's staff were extremely friendly all the time. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were relaxed.

The stay here was very very good on our last visit. The bedroom was brand-new and stocked. The bed was lovely, and we had an electric kettle and glassware. The location was magnificent and lovely, to theatre and overlooking the sea. We ordered lunch at Rustom Restaurant, located a few steps away from the venue.

The location was fantastic - close enough to the promenade of Llandudno, Llandudno n places to eat out and the Great Orme. Also, we saw a historic fortress, based not too far away from the venue. The breakfast was tasty and with a wonderful view of the bay, the staff was pleasant.

The location was particularly good and perfect for Llandudno, not far from the Britannia which is always reassuring, Chester zoo and the promenade in Llandudno which entails a brisk walk of about a mile to get to the town centre.
